Privacy
Your information will not be shared with anyone for any reason. Information you enter when making your purchase is used for two purposes. The first is to fulfill your order. The second is to keep you up to date on new product lines, special promotions, etc. If you do not wish to receive emails about those things, you may include a note with your order, or you can unsubscribe from your first email. THIS THIS THIS sends about 4 or 5 emails out each year.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If some unforeseeable disaster has befallen your order, let us know. If it's our fault, we want to make it right.
Shipping
All prints are shipped Priority Mail with a protective plastic sleeve inside a rigid photo mailer. Totes are shipped in water resistant bubble mailers. If you order a tote and a print, the print will be packaged as normal and included in the bubble mailer.
Timeframe
Orders are shipped twice a week.
NOTE: Colors on a monitor are very close to but not exactly the same as ink on paper. This is pretty unavoidable.
